Manual Setup

When manually setting up your email account in an email client, use the following settings:

1. Mail Server Username:
Your full email address. For example: cjohn@caloti.co.zw

2. Incoming Mail Server (IMAP/POP3):
Your domain name. For example: caloti.co.zw

3. Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
Your domain name. For example: caloti.co.zw
(Note: The server requires authentication.)


Supported Incoming Mail Protocols

  • POP3: Standard port for non-secure connection.
  • POP3 over SSL/TLS: Secure connection using port 995.
  • IMAP: Standard port for non-secure connection.
  • IMAP over SSL/TLS: Secure connection using port 993.

Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols

  • SMTP: Secure connection using port 465.

Setting Up on iOS Devices (iPhone or iPad)

For users with an iOS device:

  1. Open the following link on your iPhone or iPad:
    https:// <DOMAIN_NAME> /email.mobileconfig?emailaddress= <EMAIL_ADDRESS>
    For example (for the domain name caloti.co.zw): https://caloti.co.zw/email.mobileconfig?emailaddress=cjohn@caloti.co.zw

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your email account.


Setting Up in Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, or Thunderbird

For users of Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, or Thunderbird:

  1. Open your preferred email client.
  2. Begin the process to add a new email account.
  3. When prompted, enter your full mailbox name (e.g., cjohn@caloti.co.zw).
  4. Most modern email clients will auto-detect the necessary settings. If prompted, use the manual settings provided above.
