- Caloti facilitates the booking but is not a party to the service agreement

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies are set by individual Service Providers. You agree to abide by the cancellation policy in effect at the time of your booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges or restrictions on future bookings.
6. Payments
Payment terms and methods are determined by Service Providers. Caloti may facilitate payment processing but is not responsible for:
- Setting prices for services
- Disputes between users and Service Providers
- Tax obligations of Service Providers
7. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to our Platform. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our Services.
Our Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Caloti and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
